AlwaysFits.com offers a flexible online return policy. A store credit (minus shipping fees) will be issued for returns made within 14 days of shipment. Exceptions apply (e.g. custom orders; monogrammed items). Item(s) must be in new condition with all original tags attached along with all original packaging. Returns must be authorized by contacting our returns department at returns@AlwaysFits.com or calling 978-969-6230 to obtain approval for your return. Returns should be packaged properly and sent at the customers expense to:

Return Shipping Costs:
You will not be reimbursed for your original shipping and handling. If you received free shipping on your order, actual shipping costs will be deducted from the return. AlwaysFits.com will not be responsible for customer return ed items lost in transit, and we highly suggest returns be insured and tracked by a responsible carrier.
In the event that you order an item labeled “Ships XX-XX” (i.e. Ships 7-11) and that date is less than 7 business days away, your entire order will be held and shipped at the later date. (In the case of international orders, the entire order will be held until it is complete.)
UnClaimed Packages, Failed Addresses or Refused Packages:
If your order is returned to us for any reason (unclaimed when a package slip note is left, refused by the recipient, an incorrect address, etc), AlwaysFits.com will issue you a store credit for the cost of the item, less the original shipping charges. You may use that store credit to order the item again, but we will not re-ship the item. Custom items, pillows, Crosley products & baby clothes are excluded from this policy and require special authorization. If we are charged an additional fee by UPS or any other provider, that fee will also be subtracted from your store credit. (i.e. An undeliverable returns surcharge may be applied in addition to other applicable charges by UPS.)
Unfortunately sometimes a carrier may lose or misplace a package - an occurance that is out of our hands. Replacements for domestic orders will be re-shipped after a thorough investigation and/or 3-4 weeks of time to ensure the order does not resurface after a delay with the carrier. Replacemens for international orders will be re-shipped after a thorough investigation and/or 4-6 weeks time to ensure the order does not resurface after a delay with the carrier or customs. If the post office confirms an item as delivered via delivery confirmation, but a customer claims they have not received the item, the following steps will be taken: 1. AlwaysFIts.com will file a complaint with the post office and make every attempt to track the package down. 2. The customer will make every effort to confirm they truly did not receive the package (especially in the case of an apartment building with multiple recipients) 3. After a thorough investigation, if it is deemed appropriate by AlwaysFits.com, the customer may be refunded (less the original shipping fees) or sent a replacement item. AlwaysFits.com will not ship to a failed address twice, and we will not issue a replacement item to an address that previously experienced problems. Lost packages must be reported within 14 business days of the confirmed delivery date to be investigated.
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS within 3-4 business days of purchase. A USPS or UPS tracking number will be emailed to you once your item has been shipped. Buyer agrees to pay shipping and handling fee upon checkout. All Express orders are shipped within 1 business day of purchase.
International Duties and Taxes:
All international orders will be shipped via USPS. Delivery times may vary depending on your country and the shipping option selected.
Due to customs, all international shipments will list the value of merchandise on the outside of the package. All taxes, duties, brokerage fees and expenses related to importation and compliance with local import country laws are exclusively the responsibility of the recipient. Once we have accepted your order and shipped the product, there will be no refunds and can not accept returns.
Please consult your local country Customs Service and other relevant authorities to confirm that no restrictions or special requirements will apply to your order. We are not responsible for delays or costs resulting from acts or decisions of local governmental agencies concerning the importation of your order.
In order to serve our valued international customers better, we are constantly re-evaluating our international shipping options in order to provide all our customers with the best service worldwide. Please continue to check our website for updates in the international shipping area. AlwaysFits.com reserves the right to change its international shipping charges and policies at any time.
If an order arrives damaged by the carrier, AlwaysFits.com will send out a replacement. A refund will be issued if the product is unavailable.
We accept payment thru credit card through our secure shopping cart. We do not accept money orders, personal checks or certified checks at this time, nor do we accet "phone in" credit card charges.
You should assume everything you see, hear, or otherwise receive from or on the Site (the "Contents") is copyright, trademark, trade dress or other intellectual property owned and/or licensed by AlwaysFits.com. The Contents include images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, trademarks, logos, text, software, sounds, music, the Site as a whole and any other materials at the Site.
